Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Professional, Process Analyst job maps, documents, and analyzes processes in alignment with policies, external requirements and business process management standards and tools. With limited supervision, this job provides valuable insights into process performance to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

  • PROCESS DESIGN: Maps, analyzes and updates existing processes applying business process management standards and tools, and performs process modeling to design current and future state business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT: Applies practical knowledge of the processes, variations and dependencies to support process deployment and stabilize process after technology deployments.
  • PROCESS DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING: Creates and maintains work instructions, job aids and overall process training material in compliance with the business process management standards, partners to deliver specific training and materials to target audience, and documents processes in official business process management tools.
  • PROCESS GOVERNANCE: Analyzes process variation, tracks adoption of business process management standards, and partners to adopt taxonomy changes and documentation updates.
  • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & CHANGE IMPACT: Partners to deploy approved process changes, updating documents and supporting adoption. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide and solicit feedback to improve process change management and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • PROCESS PERFORMANCE: Provides digital and analytical reporting, including analyzing performance metrics, identifying gaps and trends, and advising on the quality of existing processes.
  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Researches, interviews and observes processes to gain insight into current workflows, partners to identify potential inefficiencies, and provides inputs to improve process efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 4+ years or more of relevant experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in process mapping, process documentation, process performance analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, influence stakeholders and support organizational change in a global environment across functions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CTC and the corresponding Enterprise is preferred.
  • Experience in Finance Operations, particularly Credit-to-Cash (C2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, governance frameworks, and process lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with process mapping/mining tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, Celonis).
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
