
Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, an award-winning, hospital-owned multi-specialty group, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to join our renowned Cardiothoracic Surgery team at one of the nations top-ranked cardiovascular hospitals (#3 in the U.S.). This is a rare opportunity to work alongside an elite surgical team in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Highlights
Employment: Full-time, hospital-employed position
Service Line: Dedicated First Assist for Cardiothoracic Surgery
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Call: 18 days per month, including some weekends
Scope of Role: Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

Vein harvesting
First Assist in cardiothoracic surgery procedures
