Job Description

This role serves as the clinical and functional leader of the CT Applications team across the Australia & New Zealand (A&NZ) region. It plays a critical role in the training and development, rostering, project coordination, and management of Customer Satisfaction Opportunity (CSO) escalations for the CT Applications team. The position supports business and customer outcomes through the delivery of high quality demonstrations, installations, and post sale customer support, while actively fostering collaboration, capability development, and consistent adherence to field processes across the team.

Clinical & Technical Customer Support

  • Guide installations, follow-ups, and escalations using deep product and clinical knowledge.
  • Standardise customer training to ensure safe and confident CT system use.
  • Monitor installations to optimise clinical utilisation and strengthen customer relationships

Customer Satisfaction

  • Support CT Applications and Sales teams in resolving clinical CSO escalations.
  • Provide clinical and technical guidance to improve customer experience.
  • Mentor field teams and align applications work with sales objectives.
  • Produce post‑training reports and share product enhancement feedback

Training and Education

  • Maintain advanced clinical and technical knowledge, including future trends.
  • Ensure the CT Applications team stays current with product releases.
  • Drive engagement, capability development, and adherence to field processes.

Customer, Market and Product Expertise

  • Stay connected to customer needs and evolving clinical challenges.
  • Maintain deep understanding of CT clinical applications and market trends.

Team Coaching

  • Lead onboarding and product training for new hires.
  • Conduct regular in‑field coaching sessions.
  • Facilitate best‑practice sharing across the team.
  • Manage team rostering and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Strategic Alignment & Communication

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Service Delivery, Account Managers, and Product Specialists.
  • Ensure coordinated delivery of customer and business requirements.

Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Comply with GE HealthCare Quality Manual, QMS, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Complete mandatory training and report quality or safety concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • One of the following:
    • Minimum 5 years of post‑certification clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in relevant clinical domains, or
    • Minimum 3 years of commercial clinical applications experience with demonstrated success in high‑level customer interactions and sales support scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geographic region, including occasional overnight travel, and attend national meetings and trade shows as required.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with internal teams and external customers within a solution‑based sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Recognised leadership capability.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Advanced clinical scanning skills and experience with GEHC CT products.
  • Experience in large hospital/university settings.
  • Prior GEHC Applications or Clinical Marketing experience is highly valued.
  • Strong problem‑solving, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
