About this Position

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers within the Industry segment, managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process with a strong customer-centric, operational, and strategic approach. Ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and continuous improvement of customer experience and business performance.

What you´ll do

  • Act as the single point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio, managing all inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Manage customer orders end-to-end, from order creation to invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Execute the Daily Operations Cycle effectively to improve service levels and ensure fast response to operational issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, strengthening loyalty and enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit Management, CS Support, Control Tower) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support resolution of operational issues, including credit blocks, invoice disputes, and stock constraints.
  • Monitor service performance through KPIs and continuously drive improvements.
  • Ensure all customer-related activities are handled accurately, timely, and in line with business standards.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience working with SAP, Service Cloud, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a front-facing or SPOC role.
