Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Diego County partner.

Provide inpatient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
Equipped to manage all aspects of psychiatric care, including consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, and related patient care.
Will be supporting Palomar Medical Center's Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Escondido, San Diego, CA.
Full-time coverage of the hospital's CSU.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with at least one weekend per month
Will see approximately 20 patients per day
Salary Package: $350,000–$385,000 annually.
California medical license (or ability to obtain).
Preferred start date: As soon as possible.
1099 Independent Contractor preferred, but open to W2 employment.
Collaborative team approach to patient care.

Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
Can be employed as a 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 employee.
