Location

Colorado Springs, CO - U.S. Space Force mission support

Clearance

Clearance/certification requirements will be aligned to the final PWS and designated cyber work role.

Position Summary

Plan and facilitate recurring CSSP Working Group meetings and decision-support activities. This role prepares agendas and alignment-readiness materials, coordinates stakeholders, records decisions and risks, and ensures action items and minutes are accurate, timely, and useful to Government leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate quarterly, bi-weekly, and other CSSP working sessions as directed by Government leadership.
  • Develop agendas, pre-brief materials, decision packages, and alignment-readiness content for meetings.
  • Coordinate participation and inputs from Government, mission-system, cybersecurity, and technical stakeholders.
  • Capture decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items with clear owners and suspense dates.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate meeting minutes and records within required timelines.
  • Track follow-up actions and elevate unresolved items that may affect alignment or mission readiness.
  • Support senior-leader briefings by organizing concise, decision-ready information.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, cybersecurity, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant program-support experience, including support to DoD cyber/technical programs or senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated meeting facilitation, professional writing, records management, and action-tracking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical discussions into clear decisions, risks, and next steps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CSSP, RMF, cyber readiness, or technical governance forums.
  • Experience preparing materials for senior Government leadership.

Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $105K-$125K annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
