We are seeking a highly skilled CSS Technology Support Senior Specialist with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in technology support, application development, automation, analytics, and enterprise business application delivery. The role requires specialist-level expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related integration capabilities. The selected professional will support, enhance, and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned digital solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership. The role requires strong problem-solving capability, stakeholder engagement, solution ownership, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable and sustainable technology outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint-based business applications.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions in alignment with agreed business requirements and delivery standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, workflow, data, integration, and performance-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, recommend solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose technology outcomes.
• Support Power Platform governance, security, documentation, environment management, access control, data integrity, and solution lifecycle management activities in line with enterprise standards.

ELIGIBILITY

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline; MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science or an equivalent qualification will also be considered.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in technology support, application development, automation, analytics, or enterprise business application support.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and specialist capability across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Specialist-level knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong capability in designing and building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, including forms, galleries, business rules, security roles, data connections, and user-centric application experiences.
• Advanced working knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, scheduled and cloud flows, exception handling, and integration with Microsoft and third-party services.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query, DAX, report publishing, workspace management, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint lists and libraries, SQL data sources, connectors, APIs, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes, optimize application performance, and provide clear, timely resolution updates to stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, data security, role-based access, solution packaging, documentation, and application lifecycle management.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convert business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
• High degree of ownership, attention to detail, collaboration mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic technology support environment.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 will be an added advantage.
