CSR / Wave Planner – Warehouse

Abacus Staffing is hiring a CSR / Wave Planner for a leading logistics warehouse operation in Memphis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, inventory, and warehouse coordination experience who can support daily operations and ensure efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and release waves for outbound orders within the warehouse management system
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors and team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order flow, prioritize shipments, and resolve discrepancies
• Perform customer service functions, including responding to client inquiries and updates
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational tracking
• Support shipping and receiving coordination as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse administrative, CSR, or wave planning role
• Strong experience with WMS systems and data entry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent
