Hey everyone 👋
We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to join our team here in Nashville, TN!

This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who’s organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork. 🛠️📞

✨ A little about the job:

  • Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC technicians

  • Dispatch jobs quickly and efficiently

  • Chat with customers and keep them updated

  • Help with record-keeping and parts/equipment needs

  • Work closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on track

💪 We’d love to find someone who:

  • Stays cool under pressure and loves multitasking

  • Has great communication and people skills

  • Knows their way around scheduling software (ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is a bonus!)

  • Has some basic knowledge of HVAC & plumbing (not required but super helpful)

  • Brings a positive attitude every day 🙌

📍 Location: Nashville, TN
🕒 Hours: Full-time, on-site
