About the Role

As part of the transition towards a more sustainable economy and in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), organizations are required to provide transparent and detailed ESG reporting.

We are looking for a CSRD Specialist to support the ongoing implementation and optimization of sustainability reporting processes and tools. You will play a key role in maintaining and further developing a sustainability data platform, ensuring compliance and enabling data-driven ESG insights.

Your Responsibilities

• 
  Support the implementation and maintenance of sustainability reporting solutions
• 
  Work on the Microsoft Sustainability Manager and related ecosystem
• 
  Analyze and optimize business processes (BPM) related to ESG reporting
• 
  Design and manage data pipelines (data ingestion, transformation, integration)
• 
  Contribute to platform development and continuous improvement
• 
  Ensure alignment with CSRD requirements and ESG frameworks
• 
  Manage and support the product development lifecycle
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT
• 
  Support planning, coordination, and execution of project activities

Your Profile

Must-Have

• 
  Minimum 5 years' experience in business management within an ICT context
• 
  Strong experience with Business Process Management (BPM)
• 
  Experience in platform development
• 
  Hands-on experience with:
  • 
    Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability
  • 
    Microsoft Power Platform
  • 
    Microsoft Fabric
  • 
    Microsoft Sustainability Manager
• 
  Experience with product development lifecycle management (min. 3 years)
• 
  Experience with Microsoft Project (min. 2 years)
• 
  Knowledge of ESG frameworks and CSRD requirements
• 
  Experience with data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, integration)

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience with stakeholder management
• 
  Knowledge of project management practices (planning, budgeting, coordination)
