
Partner with CSR and Foundation teams to position Florida Blue Foundation as a trusted convener and catalyst, enabling community organizations to collaborate effectively and strengthen their networks and partnerships. Execute the CSR/Foundation community engagement strategy and programs to address current and anticipated organizational needs. Collaborate with Foundation and CSR leadership to ensure community engagement activities are efficient, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the enterprise's mission and values.
Essential Functions

Management of Community Engagement Events and Activities
Manage and activate events (workshops, forums, symposium) with direction from Senior Director, Community Engagement and other partners; manage budgets, contracts, vendors and outside consultants to develop and tailor programs to meet the organization’s needs.
Provide oversight and ensure delivery of community engagement programs, partnering with local resources in other geographic locations and virtually.
Disseminate Outcomes and CSR/Foundation’s Results
Leverage, disseminate and translate grant results and community engagement success stories to position the Foundation and Florida Blue as a thought leader among various stakeholders.
Manage and develop communications content such as publications, papers, and presentations on program findings and outcomes of Foundation work, working in collaboration with Enterprise Communications. Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to effectively communicate results both internally and externally.
Create and distribute monthly Foundation newsletters to educate nonprofit partners throughout the state and communicate our events, programs and outcomes. Maintain information posted on Foundation’s website including grant proposal communications, programs and events. Create thought papers, articles, presentations and collateral on program findings and best practices in coordination with Enterprise Communications.
Seek out opportunities and submit proposals to position the Foundation and Florida Blue as trusted leaders and experts in the field. Represent the company and Foundation’s work to internal and external constituents; coordinate and work with others in the state and nationally.

Required Work Experience
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field
In-depth knowledge of philanthropy and the nonprofit sector Experience in public affairs or public understanding/influencing
General Physical Demands

Annualized Salary Range: $92,100 - $149,600
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $92,100 - $115,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
