COMPENSATION:
$21.30 per hour, plus a $3.00 premium for $24.30 hour
Sunday - Saturday starting at 3AM until 9AM
Training Wage $19.00

JOB FUNCTIONS
Respond to customer emails
Greeting customers who walk into the office
Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
Assist with taking Greyhound reservations, taking care of any walk in customers.
Janitorial in cleaning the restrooms and cleaning up the office
Making change for passengers
Selling tickets to walk in passengers
Ensuring that the passengers are getting to their buses on time and are on the correct bus
REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service skills
Attention to details
Professional attitude and attire at all times
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to handle information confidentially
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and upbeat personality
Willing to work weekends
