Join the Signature Retail Services team as a Full-Time Remodel Merchandiser/ Fixture Installer!
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr
Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Work Location: Oregon, Regional Weekly Travel
Join Signature Retail Services' Travel Remodel Team and help transform major home improvement retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. As a Remodel Merchandiser/ Fixture Installer, you'll travel weekly while typically returning home on weekends, working alongside an experienced remodel and fixture installation crew on large-scale store transformations. This hands-on role includes fixture installations, department resets, merchandising, and full-store remodel projects that bring new spaces and layouts to life.

What You'll Do:
- Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets
- Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
- Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects
- Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms (POGs), blueprints, and project specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout each project
- Work closely with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on schedule
- Complete in-store reporting using web based handheld devices
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance
- Ability to travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states (home most weekends)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting or working independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting
- Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus, but not required- training provided
- This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
- Regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.
Travel Requirements:
- 100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
- Company-paid hotels and airfare (room sharing applies)
- Home most weekends
- Per diem provided during overnight travel
- Mileage and drive-time reimbursement
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
