CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Production Assistant to serve as the communication hub between our customers, sales team, and production department. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, production schedules stay on track, and customers receive exceptional service from order entry through delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product availability, scheduling, and delivery updates
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production to ensure timely fulfillment
• Assist with daily production scheduling by communicating priorities, order changes, and deadlines to the production team
• Monitor order progress and provide proactive updates to customers and internal departments
• Prepare and maintain production paperwork, work orders, shipping documents, and customer records with a high level of accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and production-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales, production, shipping, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP system and assist with reporting, inventory updates, and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, production coordination, manufacturing support, or an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems (ADP or similar) is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of accountability, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Logistics, supply chain or transportation background is a plus
