Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Weekly Commission Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time

Up to $800 per week in bonus depending on sales.

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a results-driven CSR Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Houston office. In this role, you’ll act as the face and voice of the company while balancing customer service excellence, sales coordination, scheduling, and office operations.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Manage inbound leads and outbound follow-up communications
• Convert customer inquiries into booked appointments and sales opportunities
• Coordinate schedules and dispatching for craftsmen and field staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and customer records
• Provide professional, solution-oriented customer support
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and field teams

Long-Term Impact

• Help improve sales conversion rates and office workflows
• Identify opportunities to optimize scheduling and dispatch efficiency
• Support operational growth and overall business performance
• Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused office culture

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or sales roles
• Strong experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments or sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn scheduling/dispatching software quickly
• High school diploma or GED
• Must reside within 15 miles of the Hobby Airport area in Houston, TX

Nice to Have

• Experience in home services, trades, or field service industries
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Advanced typing and data entry skills
