The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our company. You will play a key role in building customer trust and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding service.

2–3 years of experience in the lawn care, turf, or landscaping industry
1+ year of customer service experience
Comfortable working directly with customers — in person or over the phone
Bonus points if you have sales experience, turf management, or horticultural experience and education
