What will you do?

As a CSR Frick Parts, you will oversee and execute complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints related to technical products and services. You will proactively build and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams and ensure delivery excellence across diverse product markets.

  • Engage collaboratively with sales and supply chain teams to address order-related challenges, fostering a culture of mutual trust and shared goals. Through diverse perspectives and teamwork, you will enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert technical support, leveraging problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Commitment to continuous improvement and accountability will drive your success in achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and transactions, ensuring transparency and integrity in all communications. This practice underscores the importance of safety and ethical standards in every aspect of your role.

What are we looking for?

  • A University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 1 year for university graduates or 6 years with a 2-year degree).
  • Extensive experience in customer service, particularly with technical products or services.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.
