Urgent Hiring

Position Details:

  • Role: CSR Executive
  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 1-2 years Maximum
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (General Shift)
  • Working Days : 6 days/week

Goals & KPIs

1. Event Logistics & Execution

  • Ensure end-to-end readiness of logistics (materials, transportation, venue setup, volunteer requirements) for CSR and DEI events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Support flawless on-ground execution of assigned events (in-office and external).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

2. Database & Tracker Management

  • Maintain accurate event registration, participation, volunteer, and engagement trackers.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain a centralized repository of CSR/DEI documentation, event photographs, and supporting materials.
  • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual program summaries and reports.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.

4. Event Coordination & Setup

  • Support end-to-end coordination of CSR initiatives, including International Day of Service and other employee engagement events.
  • Assist in pre-event planning, on-site setup, volunteer management, and post-event closure activities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with facilities, security, communications, and administrative teams.

5. NGO & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as a coordination SPOC for assigned NGOs, community partners, and vendors.
  • Manage communications, confirmations, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Track deliverables and ensure commitments are met.

6. Meeting Coordination & Virtual Meeting Management

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings with NGOs, vendors, ERG leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage virtual meeting logistics, including meeting setup, attendee management, presentations, recordings, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of online webinars, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

7. ERG Support & Employee Engagement

  • Support ERG Captains in planning and executing monthly ERG meetings and engagement activities.
  • Assist with creating and formatting meeting content, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Manage and maintain ERG distribution lists and engagement reports.
  • Support awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination & Follow-Ups

  • Drive timely follow-ups with stakeholders across teams to ensure action items and commitments are completed.

Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners.
