Job Description

We are seeking a Product Line Manager CSR & Compliance M/F to own and drive the IT strategy across the CSR, compliance, energy, safety, environment, industrial risk, ethics and stakeholder engagement domains. As a true business partner to functional leadership, you manage the application lifecycle, lead projects end-to-end and ensure the consistency and reliability of data and reporting in your scope. Reporting to the Group Director of IT/OT Operations Solutions, you operate in an international environment and combine functional expertise, IT project management and a strong service mindset to make digital a lever for responsible performance.

Responsibilities:

IT Stratégy & Business Partenership

  • Build close relationships with business stakeholders to align IT roadmap developments with the Group's strategic priorities (CSR, compliance, industrial risks).
  • Gather and prioritize functional requirements, balancing budgetary, technical and regulatory constraints.
  • Conduct technology watch to identify market opportunities and integrate them into the domain roadmap.

Project Management

  • Supervise and coordinate internal and external IT teams across the scope; ensure commitments are met in terms of quality, cost and deadlines.
  • Select and manage vendors; oversee the budget and financial commitments of the domain.
  • Design and deploy change management initiatives (training programmes, user documentation).

Data Management & Reporting

  • Structure CSR and compliance data models; oversee the quality, reliability and traceability of collected information.
  • Ensure integration of solutions with existing systems (ERP, HSE, supply chain, risk management).
  • Support the production of regulatory and operational reports within the scope.

You profile:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business School.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in IT product management, business analysis or IT project management, ideally in an international industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT architectures, APIs, integrations and data management; familiarity with CSR/compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site and multi-country IT projects.
  • Cross-functional leadership, excellent communication skills, rigour and a strong sense of ethics.
  • Fluent English is required.
