Job Description


We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to provide phone-based support and assistance to clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to established procedures. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-specific programs.
  • Resolve issues, de-escalate dissatisfied clients, and escalate calls when necessary.
  • Track and document call-related details for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call issues related to downtime, system errors, or training needs.
  • Maintain and update customer information in company systems.
  • Assist with credit card authorizations and processing as needed.
  • Support service upgrades and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform additional client-specific duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and composed when handling challenging calls.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on client needs.

Work Environment:

  • Call-center setting with regular use of phones and computer systems.
  • Climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary role with constant sitting during shifts.
