CSP SENIOR PLANNER

SUPPLY CHAIN

Barcelona Planning HUB is recruiting a SENIOR PLANNER CSP REPORTING

In this role, you will be the technical expert connecting data, automation and Supply Chain Planning. You will develop, automate and maintain data solutions and reporting tools supporting critical planning processes across the Barcelona Planning HUB.

From inventory reporting to material call-offs and process automation, you will help ensure that planning teams have reliable data and tools to make decisions and run their operations efficiently.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Planner CSP Reporting, you will play a critical role in transforming data into reliable tools and insights for the Planning organization.

You will combine strong technical expertise in SQL, Python and databases with an automation mindset to improve existing solutions, build new tools and ensure that critical reporting and processes continue to run effectively.

Your work will directly contribute to process efficiency, data reliability and business continuity, supporting teams across MPS, DRP, Materials, CSP and other functions within the Planning HUB.

You will be part of the CSP organization and will manage:

BUILD & AUTOMATE DATA SOLUTIONS

• Develop and automate reporting and planning solutions using Python, SQL, databases and Power BI.
• Build new tools and reports that transform complex data into actionable information for Planning teams.
• Automate recurring activities to reduce manual work, increase process efficiency and improve data accuracy.
• Support ETL processes integrating data from sources such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Oracle, SQL databases, local files, SharePoint and Power BI dataflows.
• Develop and enhance data models, queries and reporting solutions supporting business needs.

ENSURE RELIABLE PLANNING TOOLS & DATA

• Maintain and improve existing reporting, automation and data solutions, including tools leveraging Coty's data lake environment.
• Ensure business-critical tools continue to operate reliably and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
• Support processes such as inventory reporting, material call-offs, cash, VAR, destructions and discontinuation.
• Identify data or system issues, develop solutions and implement improvements to prevent recurring problems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting and planning tools.

DRIVE DIGITAL & PROCESS EFFICIENCY

• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify existing Supply Chain processes.
• Translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Partner closely with MPS, DRP, CSP, Materials, Finance, Quality and IT to understand needs and improve ways of working.
• Create solutions that improve both process and team efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous development of reporting and digital capabilities within the Planning HUB.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a technical and data-driven professional, you enjoy understanding how processes work and translating business needs into smart, reliable technical solutions. You are analytical, structured and hands-on, and you are equally comfortable building something new and ensuring existing solutions continue to perform reliably.

You will be the key technical specialist within the team, so you are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with Planning teams and other technical stakeholders.

• Around 7 years of experience working with SQL, databases, data automation, reporting, BI or similar technical environments.
• Strong practical experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation and process automation.
• Good understanding of databases, relational data structures, data modelling and ETL processes.
• Experience developing or maintaining reporting and automation solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX and/or Power Automate is highly valued.
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain / Planning processes is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy and process reliability.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to business users.
• Organized, structured and comfortable managing different priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
