Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a
related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) preferred.

Required minimum 12 to 15 years of industry experience.

Industry
certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security
Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or
equivalent.

Proven
experience (X years) in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on
threat detection, incident response, and security tooling.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing cybersecurity teams.

In-depth
knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and methodologies,
including network security, endpoint security, cryptography, and secure
coding
practices.

Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA).

Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.

Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to
detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security
risks.
