General Description:

The CSL Regional Manager is responsible for program growth and service excellence for their region. The CSL Regional Manager will work with local stakeholders to solicit feedback on program quality and service availability. This role will be responsible for networking, marketing and awareness of supports for their territory. The CSL Regional Manager will implement and oversee compliance standards for programming across the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee operations of multiple program areas within the assigned regional territory.
• Provides direction and leadership of area CSL Manager. Responsible for training, supervision, scheduling, and performance appraisals of the CSL Manager.
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of a CSL Manager’s training guide and yearly education.
• Oversight and adherence of the programs regional budget and financial performance to maximize company’s profits.
• Collaboration with GT marketing and IT to streamline processes.
• Plan, implement and oversee program compliance standards and CARF regulations.
• Create a regional growth strategy to increase numbers of those served.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, other staff, Care Program Managers, Guardians, family members, neighbors and community members.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

• General Education: Associate degree or higher

Job-Related Experience 3-5 years of experience of supervision and program management. Holds a valid Driver’s License and a clear driving record; available 24/7 to meet the needs of the program; pass a criminal background check; must be able to clearly read, write and speak English; proficient in related computer programs as well as MS Office suite of products (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
