Introduction to the job

• TW CSCM Regional Operations – 3rd Party Logistics operational planner role, focusing on operational planning, vendor KPI management, and coordination with internal and external execution departments• The role supports reliable execution of logistics and warehouse operations by working closely with internal planning teams and 3PL vendors, ensuring alignment across planning processes and execution activities

Job Mission

  • Drive and monitor vendor performance to meet agreed operational and order management KPIs
  • Support issue resolution and escalation between internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and execution reliability

Role and responsibilities

  • Own and drive vendor order management KPIs within ASML IT systems, ensuring consistent performance across all executing parties
  • Ensure 3PL compliance with agreed KPIs and processes, proactively addressing deviations to protect operational performance
  • Drive timely resolution of operational issues by supporting vendors, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing escalations when required
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues and improve execution reliability
  • Monitor, analyze, and report operational performance using data from multiple sources to support decision‑making and management reviews
  • Influence and align stakeholders by maintaining effective relationships and convincing based on facts, data, and performance insights
  • Own and optimize defined planning responsibilities by applying operational planning systems, following protocols, and challenging existing parameters to improve outcomes

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management or Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level

Skills

  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured way of working
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with team lead and senior colleagues
  • Capable of collaborating with international and cross‑functional teams
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI / Power Query is a plus)
  • Proactive, flexible, and committed attitude in a dynamic operational environment

  • Works under supervision of team lead or senior colleagues on end deliverables
  • Operates in a multi‑stakeholder environment with internal and external execution parties
  • Requires good communication and social skills to work across different cultures and departments

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
