We are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team on a new Data Centre project in Dublin 15 Reporting to the Project Director, this role will be responsible for leading the delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural packages, including s tructural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

• Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage.
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project meetings.
• Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost reports.
• Apply knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment requirements.
• Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams.
• Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
• Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
• Oversee project close-out, ensuring smooth transfer to the client with all required documentation and warranties.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role within Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages on major projects.
• Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with project management software is beneficial.
