We’re looking for a Lead Productivity Manager with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset to support our Service Productivity Team. In this role, you’ll actively manage a dedicated savings bucket, including idea generation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration (engineering, finance, service regions, etc.) - all with a high degree of autonomy and visibility in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Identification of New Savings Potentials: Proactively identify new savings opportunities by screening and analyzing data from various sources. Ensure alignment with the savings tracking guideline and, if required, coordinate with Finance to update the guideline for smooth savings tracking.  
 
  • Organization of Cross-Functional Idea Generation Workshops: Organize workshops with a strong focus on CSA productivity.
 
  • Evaluation of Ideas: Prepare business cases, including alignment with Service Finance regarding tracking methods and tracking periods.
 
  • Maintenance of Project Deck: Maintain a comprehensive project portfolio (“project deck”), including milestone tracking and internal prioritization to ensure timely project delivery.
 
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment and collaboration between Service Product Development, Service Finance, and Service Regions. Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
 
  • Execution and Adoption of Productivity Programs: Lead the implementation of productivity initiatives across regions.
 
  • Savings Tracking and Reporting: Track realized savings on a monthly basis in alignment with Service Finance. Prepare for regular PMO meetings and present results to the service leadership team. Take responsibility for achieving set goals and KPIs by year-end.
  Your Profile: 
  • Technical degree with strong commercial understanding or business degree with solid technical background
  • Strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
  • A strong affinity for data analysis and the associated software tools 
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
  • Fluency in English
  • German nice to have
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support project roll outs in our regions and identify new ideas
