CSA Manager - Athens

The CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Manager at Hill International is responsible for overseeing the civil, structural, and architectural components of the Data Centers construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for the CSA package, aligned with overall project milestones. Monitor and control the scope, schedule, and budget of the CSA package.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of CSA installations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolution of technical issues. Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures for the CSA package, ensuring a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and promote a strong safety culture within the CSA team.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing CSA packages for large-scale construction projects, particularly in data centers.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural systems, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
