Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Associate CSA I - PAP Resupply is responsible for handling all CPAP supply orders. In this role, the CSA will work within the SNAP system ensuring orders are accurately entered and all required documentation is received, contacts referral source when information is needed, verifies insurance, and processes patient co-pays and payments for supplies.
