
Report to: CS Training Manager
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and process training project briefs from the sales team to coordinate delivery of in-house and public training programs
• Contact customers and finalize training schedule
• Record and manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system
• Arrange all training requirements including venue booking, course materials, audio-visual equipment and trainer logistics
• Coordinating with other team to arrange training schedule of Trainer & Auditor
• Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue target according to work distribution
• Calculating and submit sub fee, OT of Trainer/ Sub-Trainer
• Perform other tasks assigned by CS Training Manager
• Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Biological Technology, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a Customer Service, Administrative, or Technician position or relevant role
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC standards will be preferred
• Must have ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of character
• Good command of English (writing and reading)
