Job Description

  • Mengawasi operasional tim Customer Service pada layanan cash management
  • Memastikan seluruh proses layanan cash handling berjalan sesuai SOP
  • Menangani eskalasi keluhan pelanggan terkait cash management
  • Memastikan akurasi data transaksi, rekonsiliasi, dan laporan kas
  • Monitoring proses cash in, cash out, dan settlement harian
  • Koordinasi dengan tim operasional, cabang, dan pihak terkait (bank/klien)
  • Memastikan SLA layanan pelanggan terpenuhi
  • Melakukan review dan validasi laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan
  • Memberikan arahan, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim CS
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan potensi risiko operasional cash
  • Memastikan keamanan dan kepatuhan dalam proses pengelolaan uang tunai
  • Membuat laporan performa layanan dan issue operasional kepada manajemen.
