Job Posting Location

BangkokResponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure to ensure system and data security. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to deliver compliant IAM solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Role & Responsibility

• Implement and maintain IAM solutions: IGA core platform, directory services, SSO, MFA.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and standards for compliance.
• Integrate IAM with on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Automate IAM tasks using PowerShell or Python.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and support users.
• Assist in audits and compliance assessments.
• Research and recommend IAM improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to align IAM with business needs.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in IAM related, focusing on core identity functions.
• Functional knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID) and MFA/SSO implementation.
• Basic exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP IAM consoles (Foundational level).
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Ability to read or modify basic scripts (PowerShell/Python) to automate routine tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good English proficiency.
• Relevant certification CompTIA Security+, AZ-900, or equivalent entry-level security certifications are preferred.
• New graduate with related internship experience is also welcome.
