Then come and join our Vietnam team as CS Sales Representative - South and you will be responsible to drive Customer Services sales growth in Vietnam (South) by developing service opportunities, increasing contract coverage, retaining customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and propose service solutions that meet customer needs.

Your Role:

Develop sales opportunities for equipment and service-specific products.
Achieve business goals for assigned accounts, including increased product, solution, and service penetration.
Lead the development and execution of account plans to achieve business goals and budgets.
Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
Assist management with sales plans and strategies, funnels, forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product and service sales channels.
Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed-base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate.
Identify target personas, interact with customers, and qualify them against marketing and sales lead criteria.
Engage prospects directly to qualify opportunities, determine suitable system or solution configurations, and generate quotations.
Follow up on marketing qualified leads and generate sales qualified leads through outbound prospecting, including calls, email, and social media.
Build strong internal relationships and collaborate to support fast and effective value delivery to customers.
Provide oversight and analysis of sales-tool and dashboard data, including customer relationship management data, for forecasting and planning.

Your qualification and experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Excellent written and verbal sales communication skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and identify customer needs and values.
Ability to recommend Siemens Healthineers solutions and services.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with sales enablement and customer relationship management tools is an advantage.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Experience in the medical technology sector.
Strong organizational skills and proactive lead follow-up.
Resilience, coachability, and demonstrated consistency in performance.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and performance-based culture.
Desire to further develop professional sales skills.
