カスタマーサービスチームの生産性向上に向けてチームを率いてくださる方を探しております。
本ポジションは現在別部署のマネージャーが兼任しているため、チームマネジメントに専念できていないのが現状です。
今回お任せしたいのは、医療機器を納品している研究機関・代理店などのクライアントからの問い合わせ対応を行う、20名ほどの組織のマネジメント。工場やサプライチェーン、ロジスティックといった各種部署と連携しながらオペレーションを設計し、クライアントのニーズを充足させることを期待しております。
