Job Description

• Receives, coordinates and monitors all customer orders;
• Create PO and send to HQ;
• Manage ordering and production open issues (using SAP);
• Communicate with HQ CS team to check the shipping schedule and all delivery issues;
• Confirm order details with HQ and Distributors weekly;
• Maintenance of End user information in SAP and Excel form weekly order list;
• Communication/feedback to customers concerning product availability and shipping details;
• Prepare commercial invoice for custom clearance;
• Issue the Tax invoice from SAP and transfer the list to Finance team;
• Manage the certificated documents required for customers;
• Prepare the documentation for Export;
• Supervising a Warehouse staff with clear communication;
• Work closely with Custom Clearance agent for custom clearance for import and export;
• Work closely with internal team for internal order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Business Administration or Bio Tech related;
• At least 3-4 years of Work experience in CS field;
• Good knowledge of internal processes;
• Be familiar with SAP system;
• Team player;
• Basic English speaking & writing;
• Good knowledge of internal processes.
