• Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality systems
• Knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and change control processes

• Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Understanding of manufacturing readiness, production ramp-up, and quality validation activities
• Ability to analyze project metrics, KPIs, and operational data to support business decisions
