Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to lead machine delivery execution, customer coordination, and operational planning. This role serves as a key interface between global stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to ensure successful machine execution while minimizing operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams in the Netherlands to define and align machine delivery execution plans, proactively identifying and mitigating execution risks.
• Drive discussions with customers on machine upgrades, preventive maintenance (PM) planning, configuration management, and change control to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
• Coordinate and align machine schedules, resource allocation, and execution timelines to maximize machine availability and execution efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution by driving actions to closure and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and improve operational control systems, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to enhance execution visibility and decision-making.
• Develop automation solutions and digital tools (Python, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, or similar) to streamline existing control tables, reporting processes, and execution tracking activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with customers and global teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage priorities, and resolve complex issues.
• Hands-on experience in process automation, data analytics, or software development is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, or other automation tools is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
