Job Description

Join our office team for Crystal Ski as an Operations Support Agent in Austria and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues, and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service.

You’ll also be supporting all related functions of office management to ensure that every day runs smoothly.

ABOUT OUR OFFER   

  • Salary of 2100 € gross per month, plus a cost of living allowance of €300 gross per month on top of your salary.
    (Please note that accommodation not included)

ABOUT THE JOB   

  • Help keep our guests happy – being the ‘go to’ person for our resort staff, for quick, accurate information.
  • Make sure that our teams have everything they need to travel to destination and do their jobs without issue.
  • Work with the resort teams to ensure the content of our Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on brand, useful and above all engaging for our guests.
  • Play a key part in supporting the guest facing teams by either supporting the team on the ground at the airport on a Saturday or undertaking essential tasks in our offices.
  • Fluent verbal and written English is required and depending on where you’re based, strong language skills in one of our operational destination languages, such as French, German, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish.

ABOUT YOU 

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.  
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player with excellent communication skills and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you.
  • You are confident using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel and are willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services.
  • You enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions is key.
  • You have experience in working in an office environment or something similar, but you’re happy to be guest-facing too.
