Crypto Technical Customer Implementation Consultant in Amsterdam

This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in the heart of Amsterdam to join a fast-paced, quickly scaling, internationally focussed organisation in early-stage. It will suit a customer-oriented, Implementation Consultant with some technical background and experience working with APIs, together with a passion for Crypto.

They've been growing exponentially aiming to scale-up their ability to provide their increasing (B2B) client-base with great support during and after their integration of their onramp tool.

THE CLIENT AND ROLE SUMMARY

This client provides the fastest and easiest plug-and-play fiat-to-crypto onramp integration that apps / websites can use to allow their users to buy cryptocurrencies.

This enables end-users of clients to buy more than 200 cryptocurrencies, in over 170 countries via 20+ payment methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project management and software delivery as per agreement with an ability to effectively manage project scope, time and budget

- Drive kick-off calls, integrations calls and integration sessions during the entire onboarding phase from a technical perspective

- Work closely together with the Customer Success Manager to ensure overall client happiness and success metrics

- Collaborate and coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate client-feedback and feature-request

- Analyse and understanding customers' requirements to form solution designs

- Pro-actively advise clients on the best way of integrating our software focussing on performance, User Experience and positioning

- Provide support to clients in case of bug-reports and coordinate with the technical team to fix them

EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of B2B customer satisfaction / account management / client success experience and a track record of ensuring growth

- 2+ years of experience working with APIs, Typescript & React

- Prior experience in a pre-sales/implementation/integration role is a definite plus

- Fluency in English is essential and basic engineering/coding understanding is essential

- Bachelors degree in international business, IT & computer sciences is essential

SALARY AND NEXT STAGE

A salary to EUR70 + 20% performance bonus and profit scheme is provided and the client is interviewing immediately for this business critical role.
