Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cryptocurrency investment strategies for a diverse client portfolio,
  ensuring alignment with their risk profiles and investment objectives.
• Implement and oversee effective hedging strategies to mitigate risk in volatile
  cryptocurrency markets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed trading decisions, adjust client
  portfolios, and apply hedging techniques as necessary.
• Manage the inflow and outflow of client funds, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of
  financial activities such as trading, staking, and withdrawals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client transactions and positions to ensure
  clarity and compliance with financial regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients about their investment positions, fund flows, hedging
  strategies, market conditions, and potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements specific to cryptocurrency trading,
  investment, hedging activities, and fund management.
• Collaborate with the compliance and risk management teams to develop and strengthen
  fund management processes and client reporting mechanisms.
• Educate clients on the nuances of cryptocurrency markets, including the technological
  foundations like blockchain, the importance of hedging in risk management, and the
  dynamics of fund flow in various investment activities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients that outline performance, market
  analysis, hedging effectiveness, fund flows, and adjustments to their investment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant
  certifications (such as CFA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial portfolio management, with at least 2-3 years in
  cryptocurrency trading or investment, including significant experience in implementing
  hedging strategies and managing large-scale fund flows.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, financial forecasting,
  investment strategy, and complex financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, regulatory environment, and advanced fund management practices

• Proficiency in using portfolio management software and financial tracking tools relevant to cryptocurrency trading, hedging
