Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Crushing Specialist (yellow metals) in the construction/mining industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of crushing equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain crushing equipment on yellow metals in strict adherence to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on crushing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand crushing requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to crushing equipment promptly.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on proper crushing techniques and equipment operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate crushing equipment suppliers.
