
Cruise Sales Executive

We are seeking a Travel Consultant / Sales Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in their Head Office in Dublin. This position is dedicated specifically to supporting the Cruises Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cruise planning and/or cruise administration and will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, client interactions, and sales support activities within this growing travel segment.
Act as the primary point of contact for cruise-related inquiries and client support
Liaise directly with the Head of Cruises on departmental updates and reporting
Finalise bookings and manage all administrative aspects of cruise travel arrangements
Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client queries
Provide accurate and detailed cruise product information to prospective customers
Collaborate with destination partners to ensure seamless delivery of cruise and ground services
Process passenger details and documentation in advance of travel
Prepare sample itineraries, quotes, and proposals in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Support sales and promotional campaigns related to cruise travel
Maintain accurate records and assist colleagues in a timely and cooperative manner
Proven experience in cruise travel planning, cruise booking, or cruise-related administration
Strong administrative and communication skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong product knowledge of European and international cruise destinations
Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
Solid time management and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems
