In Your Next Role, You Will Be

As Groups & Meetings Coordinator / Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success — not just filling rooms and meeting spaces, but shaping long-term business relationships that deliver real value.

Here’s what success will look like:

•You’ll sell and manage rooms, event space, and F&B services with confidence and clarity, taking responsibility for group and event from enquiry and contracting through execution

• You’ll negotiate and sign deals that make sense — for the client and for the hotel

• You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver experiences that exceed expectations

• You’ll track your performance and celebrate your wins — because they’ll matter

• You’ll represent not just Crowne Plaza Budapest, but the IHG brand, proudly and professionally

• You’ll stay one step ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities early

• You’ll work closely with our Global Sales Offices to maximise revenue in every segment

• You’ll report progress weekly, because you believe what gets measured, gets improved

What You Bring

•Fluency in English and Hungarian (Required)

• A passion for sales, hospitality, and connecting with people

• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and follow-through

• A commercial eye — you understand value, negotiation, and how to close a deal

• Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with reporting tools is an advantage

• Previous experience in hospitality or B2B sales is a bonus — but not essential if you’ve got the drive and potential
