Qualification Requirements

Position requires:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to ascend and descend staircases, stairwells and pedestrian ramps.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be motivated and have the ability to work within a team concept environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or GED required
