Job Description

1. Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
2. Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients, also proactively collaborate with other functions/ offices.

1. Act as a team lead of strategy projects (such as BPR, DX, Operation Excellence), manage internal teams and coordinate client stakeholders across business units and functions.
2. Develop insights and strategic recommendations through in-depth market research, market needs and competitive analysis, etc.
3. Design and implement BPR/DX/Operation Excellence Assessment & Recommendation, Cost Benefit Analysis, Implementation Roadmap, Change Management, PMO).
4. Facilitate executive workshops and board-level presentations to align key stakeholders on strategic directions.

1. Function: Management/ Business Consulting.
2. Minimum 9 years of professional work experience.
3. Proven experience working in a business consulting firm.
4. At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a consulting environment.
5. Exposure to multiple industries and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead hypothesis-driven approaches and data-based analysis.
7. Demonstrates high integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop as a consultant.
8. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight project timelines.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in.
10. Passion for developing, mentoring, and managing team members.
11. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
