Roles & Responsibilities :
Create, deploy, and manage processes/services on Linux-based or hypervisor-based environments running on S32Gx (e.g., systemd services, containers, daemons) using service orchestration approaches
Understand and configure the full software stack on MCUs (like Traveo, Infineon) including startup code, drivers, RTOS configuration, and application layer
Bring up new hardware platforms; debug at board, OS, and application levels using JTAG/Lauterbach
Implement and validate communication stacks (CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet/AVB, SPI, I2C, UART, SOME/IP)
Work with AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive or other automotive middleware where applicable
Develop and run orchestrator/agent processes on-board that establish and maintain secure connectivity with cloud/backend services
Integrate with cloud platforms/device management services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or proprietary fleet management backends)
Develop diagnostic, logging, and OTA update mechanisms
Educational qualification:
B.E. or B. Tech in Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science
Experience :
2 - 4 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong C/C++ programming; familiarity with Python or shell scripting for tooling/automation
Embedded Linux: kernel configuration, device drivers, U-Boot, Yocto/Buildroot
RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, AUTOSAR OS, or similar) for MCU-side development
Process/service management on Linux (systemd, IPC, multi-process architectures)
Hardware bring-up and low-level debugging (JTAG, Lauterbach)
Communication protocols: CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, SOME/IP
Familiarity with virtualization/hypervisors on heterogeneous SoCs
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of cloud IoT platforms and protocols (MQTT, HTTPS, etc)
Preferred Skills :
Version control (Git), build systems (CMake), CI/CD for embedded.
Proficient in leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate development workflows, including code generation, debugging, documentation
Hands-on experience with NXP S32G, multi-core (Cortex-A/M), AURIX/Traveo toolchains

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software processes/services for POCs and integrate them on MPU and MCU based design boards, Telematic Units, Cross domain Integration platforms, etc
