
The Department of 14 to 19 curriculum, plays a vital role in the provision of a high-quality support service across the College and is therefore central to our success. We have an opportunity for an experienced, motivated and creative individual to join our college enrichment team as a fixed term 0.4 FTE Enrichment Officer in supporting us to achieve our future goal in developing high quality experiences for our learners.
Working closely with the enrichment and curriculum teams you will develop, coordinate and promote a full range of activities and enrichment opportunities for our learners and members of the college community, as well as being an active member of the college Health & Wellbeing group.
You will add value to the learner experience, developing opportunities for learners that are fun, positive and enriching experiences; offering the best possible programme of activities, whilst supporting improved awareness across the diversity of all cohorts.
You will be a key contact for both staff and learners and will maintain a highly visible presence across both the curriculum areas and the campus; encouraging, supporting and leading by example to inspire a sense of responsibility and community in our learners and enhance their overall college experience in support of the College's core values.

Salary: Job Family Group 5, SCP 16 £27,387 to SCP 20 £29,859 per annum pro-rata, depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: 0.4 FTE – 14.8 hours a week (Fixed Term until 31.07.2027)
