The Appleton Area School District has a position available for a 1.0 FTE Cross Categorical Special Education Paraprofessional at Foster Elementary Charter School beginning on 10/5/2026.
Salary: Starting at $17.80
Schedule: 35 hours/week (M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Qualifications: High School Diploma and 48 college credits. This position also requires a Special Education Aide License (or willingness to obtain).

Paraprofessionals play a critical role in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Success in this position requires flexibility, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
