Job Summary
We are seeking a Cross Bore Program Analyst I to support cross bore safety, inspection, data collection, and program administration activities. This role will assist with analyzing inspection information, maintaining accurate program records, supporting field investigations, and helping identify and mitigate potential cross bore risks.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working with both field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection and analysis related to cross bore program activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, corrective actions, and program documentation.
- Support cross bore inspections and field investigations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in developing and implementing cross bore safety procedures and protocols.
- Review inspection data and help identify trends, issues, or areas requiring follow-up.
- Learn and utilize applicable software and analytical tools.
- Support tracking, reporting, and documentation of program activities.
- Provide administrative and project support for cross bore initiatives.
- Coordinate information between field personnel, program teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and program requirements.
- Develop a working knowledge of cross bore program principles and utility safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in utilities, natural gas, construction, infrastructure, field operations, data analysis, or program support.
- Experience working with inspection records, databases, spreadsheets, or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with underground utilities, cross bore programs, damage prevention, or utility safety is a plus.
