About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and entrepreneurial professional to join our growing Luxury Retail team in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to play a visible role at the intersection of luxury retail, real estate and international business development, working with some of the world’s most prestigious fashion, jewellery, beauty and lifestyle brands.
The role is designed for a professional who combines market credibility, relationship strength and commercial instinct, and who is motivated by the opportunity to shape client strategies, unlock new business and contribute to high-profile cross-border assignments across Italy and Europe.
You will work closely with luxury occupiers, landlords and investors, advising on market entry, expansion, relocation and prime high street opportunities, while leveraging Cushman & Wakefield’s international platform, local market knowledge and integrated service offering.
For the right person, this role offers not only strong exposure to iconic retail destinations and international clients, but also the chance to build visibility, deepen market influence and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

Compensation and Transparency
We believe in an open and transparent approach to compensation. For this role, the base salary range is between €72,000 and €85,000 gross per annum (RAL). Positioning within the range will depend on experience, skills, and the expected impact in the role. Candidates at an early stage in their career are typically positioned towards the lower end of the range, while candidates with significant experience and the ability to deliver immediate impact may be positioned towards the upper end. We also offer a comprehensive compensation package which, in addition to benefits, may include discretionary performance-based bonuses in line with company policies. Our compensation decisions are based on clear, objective criteria, aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
