To execute research works and produce reports on Crop Protection research in oil palm and other plantation crops.
To assist in providing advisory services related to Pest and Disease management to SDGB estates at the estate and report.
To collect research data, analyses and produce a report to the immediate superior.
To carry out any other task or project instructed by the superior as and when requested.
Research
To execute crop protection research based on approved protocol from top management and produce final reports.
Advisory Services
To assist in advisory visits to SDGB estates related to Crop Protection issues in Malaysia and other locations when required.
To collect data on P&D for monitoring.
Training
To assist in providing training to SDGB estate personnel related to Crop Protection matters in Peninsular Malaysia.
Educational/ Professional Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science/ Horticultural Science/ Agronomy/ Biotechnology/ Animal Science/ Entomology or Biological Science or any related discipline.
Fresh Graduate with experience as Internship or Protege in Crop Protection would be an advantage or related field.
